We are who He says we are and we can do what He leads us to do.
So, I wrote the chords and had an idea for the melody for this song last week. I wanted to do a new one for Sharespiration again this time, but I couldn’t come up with words or an idea for them until last night.
Has anyone here ever been in a situation where they feel God leading them to do or say something, but you don’t feel like you know how or what to say?
Exodus 4:10-12 NIV 10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”
11 The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”
This is the verse I think of when I’m feeling unqualified or not good enough to give God’s word. You see God made each one of us. He gave us all a message to share. Whether we the most eloquent of speakers or slow of speech and tongue, as long as we let God guide us, He will teach what to say and how to say it.

Peace Stems from Grace
Romans 5:8 NIV
8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
This sounds familiar right? Our peace starts with accepting the grace God has given us. Like Dennis said, no Jesus no peace, know Jesus, know peace. Without the grace God through Jesus our Messiah that died for us, we doomed to eternal torment without peace, but praise be to God that, “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
1. Earthly Peace
When we think of peace, we are typically thinking about peace in our lives here and now. How do we achieve a true, Earthly peace?
1 John 1:6-10 NIV 6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
The path to peace in our lives is to “walk in the light” and “confess our sins” so that we may be closer to God. We can achieve peace through forgiveness by confessing our sins and peace in our lives by living the God wants us to live. Where do find how God wants us to live? Only by staying in the word of God, through Bible study. Whether it is here on Wednesday night or Sunday morning, or at home with a devotional plan (there are many free apps for that), we must keep reading the word of God to achieve peace in our lives on Earth.
2. Eternal Peace
Another type of peace we get through Jesus is eternal peace. By accepting the grace of God for the forgiveness of our sins, we can know that we will have peace eternally.
Revelation 21:3-4 NIV 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Through Jesus, we are no longer separated from God. God can dwell among us. He will be with us and be our God. “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” That sounds like an amazing peace to me.

Matthew 6:25-34 New International Version (NIV)
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

New High February 25th
Bible Reading – Phil. 4:4-9
Prime Bishop Chima Amadi, D.Min.
High: Upper, Up, Advanced, Promoted, Great
Push for A New High
God’s Call for A New High in Your Relationship With Him:
Eph. 4:17-18 “17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk (i.e. conduct your life) as the rest of the Gentiles walk (conduct their lives), in the futility (i.e. uselessness) of their mind, 18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated (removed) from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart.”
2 Pet. 3:18 “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.” Eph. 6:10 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”
Christ’s Disciples’ Prayer for a New High:
Acts 4:28-31 “24 So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,… 29 Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, 30 by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” 31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.”
Areas to Seek for New High in Christ:
Seek new high in your family relationship; business services; academic grade; christian growth, Holy Spirit empowerment, church growth, health condition, etc.
Christ’s Promise to Give You New High:
Matt. 7:7-8 “7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
Mk. 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and ye shall have them.”
What new high are your aspiring for? What is your new high?
How to Achieve A New High in Christ:
Eph. 4:28 “Let him who stole (is poor, lazy, spiritually weak, borderline) steal (be poor, lazy, spiritually weak, borderline) no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good (i.e. what is fruitful), that he may have something to give him who has need.”
Phil. 3:14 “I press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
That means being at the top in what ever calling you have in Christ Jesus.
Eccl. 9:10 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.”
The Level of New High You Can Go:
Phil. 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Christ becomes your launching pad to overcome difficulties and reach to any new high you desire
Hindrances to Your New High: Difficulties plowing in the winter – cold, covered with snow
Prov. 13:11 “Wealth gained by dishonesty will be diminished, But he who gathers by labor will increase.”
The Benefit of New High:
Prov. 13:4 “The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; But the soul (person) of the diligent (i.e. industrious, hardworking) shall be made rich.”
1 Cor. 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”
How You Succeed in Your Pressing for a New High:
Phil. 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
